What changed in May 2026
Classic ATG service ended
Gogo Classic ATG service ended in May 2026, so the equipment in the tail no longer has a network to connect to.

Haven installs the Apcela ATG network
Haven is an authorized installer of the Apcela ATG network, and the work is done at a Haven shop by Haven technicians.

The monthly rate for each system is in the brochure and is quoted on the call, because it moves with the airframe and with which system the aircraft takes.
One downtime, two jobs
The install takes 10 to 21 days at a Haven shop.
Haven installs at Amarillo (KAMA), Buffalo (KBUF), Green Bay (KGRB) and Rochester (KROC). All four campuses run full MRO and AOG service. If the aircraft has an inspection or a squawk list waiting, tell us on the form and we schedule both into the same visit, so the aircraft comes down once instead of twice.

The buyback program takes Gogo Classic ATG, C-1 and Avance L3 equipment off your hands. It runs for the first 50 aircraft nationwide, through September 30, 2026.
Sign and Fly
Sign and Fly financing puts nothing due at install. The terms are written in the brochure and confirmed on the call.
Charter Revenue Guarantee
The Charter Revenue Guarantee credits incremental charter revenue against your first-year fees, through December 31, 2026.

Does Gogo Classic ATG still work in 2026?+
No. Gogo Classic ATG service ended in May 2026. Haven Aviation Services Group is an authorized installer of the Apcela ATG network, and the two Apcela systems are ONE at 5 to 20 Mbps and DUAL at 8 to 30 Mbps, both DO-160G qualified and built in the United States. What does an Apcela ATG install cost?+
The figures are not printed on this page. Haven Aviation Services Group quotes the monthly rate and the buyback value on the call, and both are written in the Apcela brochure. Sign and Fly financing means nothing is due at install, and the buyback program covers Gogo Classic ATG, C-1 and Avance L3 equipment for the first 50 aircraft nationwide through September 30, 2026. The number depends on the airframe and on which system it takes, so a single price here would be wrong for most tails. Ask for yours through the form on this page.
How long does the install take, and where does it happen?+

The window moves with the airframe and with whatever else is opened up while the aircraft is down, so the date is confirmed when the slot is booked. Should I move to the Avance L3 instead?+
That depends on how much bandwidth the cabin needs. The Gogo Avance L3 tops out near 1 Mbps, while Apcela ONE runs 5 to 20 Mbps and Apcela DUAL runs 8 to 30 Mbps on 5G plus LTE. Haven Aviation Services Group is an authorized Apcela installer, so read this as our position rather than a neutral comparison of the two networks.
