How a visit works
Tell us the tail. We come back with a slot.
Inspections by aircraft
Phase inspections, annual and 100-hour inspections, on the program your aircraft is on: King Air Phase 1 through 4, Citation phase and document inspections, and scheduled inspections on the Phenom, Praetor and PC-12.
Pre-buy evaluations
Airframe, engines, avionics and records, done by the same team that evaluates aircraft for Haven Brokerage.
AOG
A grounded aircraft moves first. A maintenance controller takes the call any hour, and a mobile team can work on the aircraft where it sits.
Turnaround
Scheduling measured in days, not months, with the visit planned around your trip calendar and one point of contact from intake to return to service.
How scheduling works
Tell us the tail and what is due; we come back with a slot and an estimate. Send the squawk list and the shop plans the visit before the aircraft lands.
Where the work happens
Four Haven shops in Amarillo, Buffalo, Green Bay and Rochester, plus mobile service. Sign-off by certificated A&P and IA technicians.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does MRO stand for?+
MRO stands for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, the aviation industry term for everything that keeps an aircraft airworthy: scheduled inspections, unscheduled repairs, avionics upgrades, and engine work. When we say Haven is an MRO, it means we are the shop that maintains your aircraft.
What does AOG mean?+
AOG stands for Aircraft On Ground. It is the industry term for an aircraft that cannot fly because of a mechanical issue, often away from its home base. AOG situations are treated as emergencies: parts, technicians, and logistics move at maximum priority to get the aircraft back in service. If your aircraft is stuck, call our 24/7 line at 855-77-HAVEN.
Where does Haven do maintenance?+
At four Haven shops: Amarillo, TX (KAMA), Buffalo, NY (KBUF), Green Bay, WI (KGRB) and Rochester, NY (KROC). When the aircraft cannot come to us, a mobile team works on it where it sits. OEM authorizations include Garmin, Blackhawk, BLR, Raisbeck, and Collins.
Where can I get private jet maintenance?+
At any of the four Haven shops: Amarillo, TX (KAMA), Buffalo, NY (KBUF), Green Bay, WI (KGRB) and Rochester, NY (KROC). Each one maintains business jets and turboprops, and when the aircraft cannot come to us, a mobile team works on it where it sits.
Do you do business jet maintenance for my aircraft type?+
Most likely. We maintain the Bombardier Challenger, Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Hawker, Learjet, Embraer Phenom and Praetor, Pilatus PC-12 and Beechcraft King Air. Gulfstream and Bombardier Global work is taken case by case through the Buffalo shop. If your type is not on the list, send the make and model and we will confirm.
How do I schedule a phase inspection or annual?+
Tell us the tail and what is due, on the short form on this page or at 855-77-HAVEN, and we come back with a slot and an estimate. Send the squawk list with it and the shop plans the visit around your trip calendar.
What aircraft does Haven maintain?+
Effectively any turbine-powered business aircraft, jets and turboprops alike. Haven works extensively on Challenger, Falcon, Citation, King Air, and similar types, and we take aircraft beyond that list on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure whether yours is supported, send the make and model and we will confirm.
Do you handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations?+
Yes. AOG calls route directly to a technician, 24/7. If your aircraft is on the ground, call rather than email so we can respond immediately.
Will you check OEM warranty before starting work?+
Yes. If your aircraft is under OEM warranty, Haven flags what is covered before opening the work order so you are not paying for work the warranty should cover.
Maintenance request
Tell us the tail and what is due.
The shop comes back with a start date and a number for the work. It takes about 30 seconds.
Got a squawk or an upcoming phase inspection?
Send us your airframe and what's coming due. We'll come back with a real schedule and a real estimate.
